SIT DOWN DINNER
Our sit-down dinner is a feast of abundance and conviviality. Guests share a thoughtful progression of dishes, from za’atar flatbreads and silky stracciatella to slow-grilled miso harissa chicken and seasonal vegetables.
With a minimum of 35 guests, this option brings the warmth and generosity of Carmel to your table.
CANAPES & RECEPTION
Our canapés are ideal for more fluid, social occasions such as welcome drinks, brand launches or informal gatherings. Elegant bites like harissa prawn skewers, black tahini oysters and beef tartare are complemented by generous mezze and fresh salads.
